Direct Primary Care is a practice and payment model where you have access to high quality, comprehensive and holistic Primary Care without the limitations of your insurance network. Rather than billing your insurance company you pay a flat monthly membership fee.

You can schedule unlimited Primary Care Telemedicine visits with your monthly membership. The membership also includes access to our Queen Bee Community within Trainerize where you can get workouts, nutrition guidance as well as support and accountability to help you achieve your health goals.

No, you can continue to seek care with your established PCP. We ask that you notify both providers of any and all changes made to your health plan.

There is no limit to the number of visits but most patients find monthly visits fit their needs best.

Your initial visits are 45 minutes long so we can get a thorough picture of your current health status. Follow up visits are 30 minutes.

Yes, sick visits can be scheduled as needed and as the schedule allows.

Because this is a telemedicine practice there may be times when you need to seek further evaluation in an Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Room.

Yes, we prescribe all medications permitted to nurse practitioners under the Florida Board of Nursing.

Yes, your insurance can be used to cover lab costs, medication costs, and imaging costs. Insurance cannot be used to cover the monthly membership costs.

Patients without insurance still pay the monthly membership fee. We also have great cash pay rates for bloodwork and other testing.

No. Unfortunately due to Medicare and Medicaid laws we cannot work with any patients who have Medicare or Medicaid.

Services covered by your HSA or FSA vary. It is your responsibility to inquire which services are covered by your HSA or FSA and submit any necessary documentation.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time.

Our monthly membership fee is $99 per month with no contract. If you are not happy with the service you may cancel at any time.

There are no refunds.

Yes, we use Optimantra for our electronic medical record (EMR) which does have a patient portal. At this time it is only accessible on desktop. They are designing a mobile app which will be available at a later date.
